• Beginner Novice there are no submissions in beginner divisions 12U and below.
• Beginner levels 12U are w/o submission 
• Intermediate – 1 to 2 years of grappling experience w/o submission 
• Advanced – 2 to 3+ years of grappling experience w/o submission 

Gi/No Gi Skill Levels Teen No Gi 14U-17U

• Beginner/Novice Teen (14-17) High School is with submission 
• Intermediate – 1 to 2 years of grappling experience is with submission
